If you are looking to plan your wedding but require a trusted and knowledgeable coordinator to execute your vision, we can help you put the final touches together so that you can be assured every “t” has been crossed and every “i” has been dotted!
We offer a safety net for anything that may have been forgotten and assist with items that require extra or special attention. Quite often family or friends will help out with many tasks, but we strongly feel that these people should be able to be there to celebrate with you and not have to focus or worry about the logistics or potential problems going on behind the scenes.

Meet Jacqueline
Our Lead Coordinator has over 15 years of event planning experience, including managing and coordinating well over 100 events a year.
She thrives on details and is a firm believer in true love, going above and beyond for her couples. She was one of the little girls who threw her mother’s slip over her head and pretended to be a bride walking down the aisle. She has loved weddings and love stories ever since, so overseeing and securing each detail to ensure your special day is as stress free as possible for you is a priority to her.
In her spare time, she loves volunteering, reading, the outdoors and spending time with her family and 4 year old son.
Our Services
Day Of Wedding CoordinatOR
This Service Includes:
- 12 hours minimum on-site at your wedding
- Initial Consultation & Questionnaire
- On-site Coordinator (who is there on your behalf!) ensuring everything on your wedding timeline is executed as planned on the day of your wedding
- 2 Planning Phone Calls (generally 6 weeks out and 2 weeks out)
- Personalized wedding timeline from an execution standpoint (we help fill in any missing components!)
- Review of all wedding plans and contracts
- On-site to meet and coordinate with all vendors on the day of wedding
- Overseeing set up & take down on day of wedding (plus any transitional periods from ceremony to reception), including set up of all items including favours, toasting flutes, cake knife and server, guest book, and all little items that require special attention
- Unlimited emails
- Your go-to for any wedding related questions
- Move gifts and any necessary items to predetermined safe spot
- Direct guests to their seats for ceremony, or help direct guests from one location from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, etc.
- Assistance with gathering friends and family for photos
BEST FOR: This plan is ideal for the couple who is confident that they’ve planned most details and secured all vendors prior to the day of the wedding, but want to have all the “holes” filled prior by our Day of Coordinator. On your wedding day, the plan will be perfectly executed by your Day of Coordinator, who will handle every detail so that you get to enjoy every minute in the moment with your friends & family.
Commonly, our clients do not even notice if there has been a detail to fix as we put out any “fire” before it’s noticed.
But, if you’re still needing a little bit of extra help with your plans, beyond what’s mentioned above, we highly recommend our Partial Planning and Wedding Coordination service (see below).

Partial Planning & WEDDING CoordinatOR
This Service Includes:
- 12 hours on-site at your wedding
- Initial Consultation & Questionnaire
- On-site Coordinator (who is there on your behalf!) ensuring everything on your wedding timeline is executed as planned on the day of your wedding
- 4 Planning Phone Calls
- Personalized wedding timeline from an execution standpoint (We help fill in any missing components!)
- Review of all wedding plans and contracts
- Coordinator will personally communicate with your vendors and finalize all plans prior to the wedding via phone or email
- On-site to meet and coordinate with all vendors on the day of wedding
- Overseeing set up & take down on day of wedding (plus any transitional periods from ceremony to reception), including set up of all items including favours, toasting flutes, cake knife and server, guest book, and all little items that require special attention
- Direct guests to their seats for ceremony, or help direct guests from one location from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, etc.
- Assistance with gathering friends and family for photos
- Move gifts and any necessary items to predetermined safe spot
- Ensuring all rented items and personal items are managed and ready for pick up at end of event
- Your go-to for any wedding related questions
- Unlimited emails
We’ll do everything from knowing your floor plan, where vendors will load-in and set-up, your guest list management for seating, and executing your timeline and vision. Thinking fast on our feet, we will know what to do in the event last minute changes are needed.
